4. Age-restricted deliveries
If your order includes alcohol, tobacco, vapes, or knives, the delivery driver will ask for valid photo ID to confirm you are 18 or over. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy — if ID can't be provided, those items will be removed from the order and the remaining balance refunded.
5. Missed deliveries
If nobody is available to receive the order, the driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery still can't be completed, the order may be returned to store and a redelivery fee may apply, or a refund issued for perishable items that cannot be redelivered safely.
